Throughout my youth I was an extremely active kid playing every sport I could get my hands on. It wasn't until my final year of high school that I actually started getting into gym and lifting weights. After 4 years of casually training I decided to take it up a notch and prep for a Bodybuilding competition. It wasn't until I started this that I began to understand the importance of nutrition and training protocols. Fast forward 3 years and I've competed in my second season of bodybuilding whilst still playing social sports such as TRL and Basketball. 

This passion towards sport, health & fitness has led me to completing my Bachelor of Secondary Education and now educating today's youth about the importance of correct nutrition and exercise. Further opportunities also allowed me to complete my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and now I train today's youth and guide them through their certifications that lead them to become qualified Personal Trainers. 

Meeting Ellanor and helping her learn about the importance of training and nutrition helped me realise that there was still more that I could do. After both tracking our food for over 3+ years we decided to undertake and complete our ISSN Certificate in Sports Nutrition to further our knowledge in Nutrition and now be able to help our own clients with their nutrition too.

I have forever been on and off ‘dieting’ and could never consistently stick to going to the gym or working out, I have never had a good relationship with food and with all of the information online I wasn’t quite sure what to believe. I never understood having a coach and could not see the worth in it when I could just do it myself... THEN I started following Sugden Impact on Instagram. The care, honesty, knowledge and passion that Harley and and Ell have for what they do, it was a no brainer that I needed them in my life. You cannot put a price on the life long knowledge you learn, the constant support and encouragement, and having people in your corner that want the best for you.


Thanks to Harley and Ell, I have regained my confidence with my body, the gym and with food - I am no longer afraid of carbs, I know how to listen to my body and I can lead a sustainable flexible dieting lifestyle without having to give up the foods I love.

I have a lot of trust in Harley to provide me with training programmes that will benefit me in my body composition, my goals, my strength. The change in my body mass over the time I have been signed on as a client is an incredible feeling, it is great having a plan that creates consistency and motivation. Feeling stronger creates and desire like no other.

I have had PT sessions with Harley and can genuinely say that he is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with, no question is too stupid, not only does he show you the correct form and techniques but also educates you into why it is important to be making sure your form and technique is correct. The expansive knowledge that both Harley and Ell have not only in knowing their stuff but being able to teach their clients is a valuable asset that you want in a coach! I can’t wait to learn more, grow more and see where this journey takes me
