Throughout my youth I was an extremely active kid playing every sport I could get my hands on. It wasn't until my final year of high school that I actually started getting into gym and lifting weights. After 4 years of casually training I decided to take it up a notch and prep for a Bodybuilding competition. It wasn't until I started this that I began to understand the importance of nutrition and training protocols. Fast forward 3 years and I've competed in my second season of bodybuilding whilst still playing social sports such as TRL and Basketball.
This passion towards sport, health & fitness has led me to completing my Bachelor of Secondary Education and now educating today's youth about the importance of correct nutrition and exercise. Further opportunities also allowed me to complete my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and now I train today's youth and guide them through their certifications that lead them to become qualified Personal Trainers.
Meeting Ellanor and helping her learn about the importance of training and nutrition helped me realise that there was still more that I could do. After both tracking our food for over 3+ years we decided to undertake and complete our ISSN Certificate in Sports Nutrition to further our knowledge in Nutrition and now be able to help our own clients with their nutrition too.
